  1. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
  • Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are entirely free within Europe for orders over €100. For orders under €100 within Europe, shipping costs are €10. You can view the exact shipping costs during the checkout process.
  1. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
  • The delivery time varies by location, but it typically takes 2-3 business days within the Netherlands. International deliveries may take longer.
  1. Can I track my order?
  • Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are in their original condition. Please read our return policy for more information.
